OREO ICE-CREAM CAKE

Ingredients:

1. 2 packets of Oreo vanilla biscuits.
2. Melted Butter(2tbsp)
3. Vanilla Ice-cream

Preparation:

• Crush the Oreo biscuit and put in a bowl. You can use a grinder or can put the biscuits in a cover and smash it.

• Now add 2 tbsp of melted butter into the crushed biscuits and mix it thoroughly.

• Take a dish(preferably square shaped) and spread the crushed mixture evenly into it.

• Now take a bowl and add vanilla ice-cream in it. 

• Take 4-5 Oreo biscuits and break them into small pieces and mix it with the ice-cream.

• Now evenly spread the ice-cream mixture above the crushed mixture.

• Finally you can decorate it with more Oreo biscuits and freeze it for 2 hours and the cake is ready.
