CARROT HALWA

Ingredients:
  1. 3 long Carrots.
  2. 2 Cups of Milk.
  3. 1 Cup Sugar.
  4. Ghee(as per needed)
Preparation:
  • Grate the carrot.
  • Now take a pan and add the grated carrot into it.
  • Add ghee to the pan according to your need and mix it thoroughly until it gets little brownish.
  • Now add 2 cups of milk into the mixture along with the sugar.
  • Stir the mixture continuously until it thickens.
  • The Carrot Halwa is ready and now you can serve it with vanilla ice-cream which makes it more tasty.
