Ingredients:
- 3 long Carrots.
- 2 Cups of Milk.
- 1 Cup Sugar.
- Ghee(as per needed)
- Grate the carrot.
- Now take a pan and add the grated carrot into it.
- Add ghee to the pan according to your need and mix it thoroughly until it gets little brownish.
- Now add 2 cups of milk into the mixture along with the sugar.
- Stir the mixture continuously until it thickens.
- The Carrot Halwa is ready and now you can serve it with vanilla ice-cream which makes it more tasty.
