INGREDIENTS
- Paneer - 1 Packet
- Onion - 2 Big onions
- Tomato - 2-3
- Capsicum - 2
- Cumin
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Salt
- Oil
- Chilly Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Soya Sauce
- Chilly Sauce
- Tomato Sauce
METHOD
- Take a pan and add some oil. Now add some amount of cumin to the oil and wait for some time.
- Now add choped onions and saute it. Add tomato followed by capsicum to the pan and saute until its cooked.
- Add salt accordingly followed by ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
- Now add litle amount of soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilly sauce to the pan and mix it thoroughly.
- Take another pan and pour some ghee into it. Add paneer which is cut into small pieces and fry it. Wait until it turns little golden brown.
- Now add these fried paneer pieces into the other pan and mix it thoroughly.
- Now the stuffing is ready.
- Take a chappati, apply ghee and mayonisse and add the stuffing. Finnaly roll it and the Paneer Roll is ready to be served.
